Parsons Consulting Engineers has provided civil and structural design expertise to the Developers for a set of self build properties in Cambridgeshire. Our work included delivery of drainage designs, Section 278 works and structural designs for Building Control approval. Each of the dwellings provides a considerable open plan living space with vaulted ceilings and feature trusses, making roof designs a particular challenge.
