Our Flood Plain Compensation strategy released over 3-hectares of additional development area


We have proposed a combination of direct level-for-level compensation and indirect compensation to allow a 2.5-hectare industrial development to be constructed in the Flood Plain. Our strategy avoided sterilising land providing a further 3-hectares of land to be considered for development. 


Our services have been retained to provide access road design, drainage design, foundations, external works and future strategy planning for the entire site.
