Utilising ground improvement has avoided more than 2,000m3 of Earthworks

Utilising excavated material from the Flood Plain Compensation to raise the ground levels for the development would have resulted in low bearing pressures. We avoided the need for deep foundations by specifying ground improvement methods, saving more than £20k in foundation and earthworks costs.
