Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd was instructed to carry out a Level 2 Structural Survey to assess visible defects identified in a previous valuation report. Our scope included a thorough inspection of the property, identification of potential structural issues, and a written report outlining the likely causes and proposed remedial works. This assessment allowed the client to understand the structural condition of the property and plan appropriate corrective actions, with any further design work to be agreed separately.
