Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd provided structural design services for internal alterations at Welbeck Court, Welbeck Way. The project involved the addition of blockwork walls within an existing building. Our scope included the structural design of the new walls, specification of ties into existing masonry, lintel design for new openings, and ceiling joist sizing for plasterboard finishes. Our input ensured the new layout was fully supported by the existing slab and met structural performance requirements with minimal disruption.
