Parsons Consulting Engineers carried out a structural roof inspection for a small building to assess the condition and construction of the timber roof. The assessment involved an on-site visit, visual checks for signs of leaks or timber decay, and coordination with the property owner to ensure ceiling access. The primary goal was to evaluate structural integrity and determine whether any remedial works were needed. Further design services for strengthening works were offered on a flexible basis depending on site findings.
