St Neots Church

Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd were appointed by St Neots Town Council to assess the condition of a deteriorating historic boundary wall adjacent to a highway. The wall had significantly degraded, with areas at risk of collapse due to height differentials and differing ground levels on either side. Our role included a site visit, review of previous reports and trial pit data, and the preparation of updated design proposals. The scope focused on exploring cost-effective alternatives to full reconstruction, including options for targeted remedial works and local repairs. Our deliverables included structural sketches and section drawings to inform budget planning and future maintenance.
